Spiced Chick Peas
1 750 ml. can of whole chick peas, drained
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
½ cup nutritional yeast
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
Salt and pepper
Step 1: Prepare Spiced Chick Peas
To make the chick peas, mix all ingredients in a bowl. Transfer whole chick peas to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 30-45 minutes until toasted.
